**What you have to do**:

- Ensure the development of branch activities and the satisfaction of customer expectations;
- Organize, manage, and supervise all operational and financial activities of the business unit, in support of the Division manager;
- Prepare, carry out, follow up and organize the withdrawal of industrial cleaning sites when needed;
- Validate and monitor the proper planning and execution of all activities, defining priorities;
- Organize audits of work in progress in liaison with the Division Manager;
- Ensure good work practices and site safety;
- Prepare and develop various procedures and work instructions;
