**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate and monitor milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
- Set up and adjust CNC machinery, including Fanuc systems, for optimal performance.
- Utilize SolidWorks for interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
- Conduct regular quality control checks using calipers and other measuring tools to ensure product specifications are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Operate forklifts as needed for material handling within the facility.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Mill Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in operating milling machines and CNC equipment.
- Strong understanding of quality control procedures and standards in manufacturing.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics.
- Experience with SolidWorks is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Forklift certification is desirable but can be obtained upon hiring.
