**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Install and calibrate whole-house water purification equipment and reverse osmosis systems
- Complete service calls, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Prepare written recommendations and options for clients using our service software (FieldEdge)
- Generate appropriate customer invoices and other paperwork (FieldEdge) at the job site and electronically process credit card transactions
- Interact positively with customers, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, organized and presentable.
- Inform the dispatcher of issues as they arise

**Requirements**:

- Water filter / softener equipment and reverse osmosis experience in Installs/Services **preferred**:

- Plumbing knowledge and experience **preferred**:

- Experience in a service truck considered a strong asset
- A professional appearance and hard-working attitude
- Punctual, reliable, and dependable attributes
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- A valid Nova Scotia driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Experience with a straight-forward pricing guide considered a strong asset
- Ability to work individually and as a team
- Able to pass a criminal record check (those with a criminal record need not apply)
- Able to pass random drug testing
- Able to follow company rules, regulations, and systems

**Supplemental Pay**
- Bonus pay

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
