**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct door-to-door marketing campaigns to promote Advantage Flooring & Painting services.
- Engage with potential customers, provide information about our services, and answer any questions they may have.
- Distribute marketing materials such as flyers and brochures.
- Collect contact information and set appointments for follow-up by our sales team.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while representing the company.
- Report daily on the number of doors knocked, interactions, and leads generated.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.
- Previous experience in field marketing or sales is a plus but not required.
- Availability to work during evenings and weekends.
