Vansh Transportation is currently looking for a driver recruiter with minimum of 2-3 years of experience in commercial driver recruiting. It is full time and long term position. We are located at Mississauga.
- Recruitment, selection and hiring of professional Class 1 /A/Z truck drivers and Owner-Operators
- Ensuring that new recruits meet Vansh Transportation's. hiring standards.
- Supporting the manpower needs of the business through regular communication with the Operations Team
- Assisting in the development of recruiting strategies that positively promote the Vansh brand including advertising media & Social media.
**Skills and expertise required**
- Previous experience in a Driver Recruiting role is a definite asset
- Proficiency with standard business software tools is required
- Excellent communication skills in English both oral and written
- Must have superior interpersonal skills, be well organized and be a strong communicator.
- Excellent time management skills and have the ability to multi-task
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a driver recruiter
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mississauga, ON L4T 4E8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Work Location: In person
