BG Distribution is a fast-paced, fast-growing, door hardware and security distribution company, with 6 locations across Canada. We’re looking for a warehouse manager for our Ottawa branch to oversee the warehouse and help us take on new innovative projects.

We are looking for someone with the following skills:

- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple facets of warehouse operations simultaneously.
- Strong oral communication, as you will manage a team of 5-8 employees, and relay information between branches and departments.
- Adaptable in a changing environment. Our company is continually growing, and naturally, with growth comes change. You must be comfortable and self-sufficient in an evolving workplace.
- Skilled in IT and able to quickly learn new software. Our warehouses use an inventory management system to track shipping, receiving, order progress, etc.
- Forklift certification and experience (considered an asset)

Some of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Supervising all warehouse activities and daily operations such as shipping and receiving of products
- Overseeing team performance and training warehouse associates
- Solving day-to-day operational issues
- Maintaining a safe, organized, and healthy work environment

The warehouse manager position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm, with special summer and holiday hours. We provide you with BG apparel and reimbursement for PPE.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
