**Position Title: Warehouse Process Supervisor**
**Location: Sainte-Perpétue Distribution Center**
**Reports To: Distribution Manager**
**Position Summary**:
The Warehouse Process Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational workflows within the Sainte-Perpétue distribution center. This role ensures that all warehouse processes—from receiving and inventory control to order fulfillment and dispatch—are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards. The supervisor will lead a team of warehouse technicians and collaborate closely with logistics, safety, and training teams to maintain high performance and safety standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process Oversight & Optimization_
Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
Monitor and improve process flows to maximize efficiency and minimize errors or delays.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, order pickers, pallet wrap machines).
- Team Leadership_
Lead, coach, and evaluate warehouse staff performance.
Coordinate onboarding and training for new hires, including safety and equipment certifications (e.g., PIT, OSHA, PGW Drives).
Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Safety & Compliance_
Enforce safety protocols and ensure all team members are trained and certified before operating equipment.
Conduct regular safety audits and participate in incident investigations.
Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and external regulatory requirements.
- Inventory & Quality Control_
Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation.
Ensure proper handling and storage of auto glass and related materials to prevent damage.
Address and resolve order discrepancies or quality issues.
- Reporting & Communication_
Maintain accurate records of daily operations, incidents, and performance metrics.
Communicate effectively with the Distribution Manager and other departments (e.g., HR, Supply Chain).
Participate in bi-weekly management meetings and contribute to operational planning 2.
**Qualifications**:
Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and process optimization.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Bilingual (French/English) preferred due to regional operations.
