**JSM Law**is currently recruiting for the following:

- **Immigration Lawyer (Partnership Opportunity)**:

- **Business Partnership - Lawyers/Firms interested in joint ventures**

**IMMIGRATION LAWYER**:
The position is an in-person, full-time, permanent position.

The lawyer(s) will have experience and knowledge of immigration matters.

**Qualifications for Lawyer**:

- J.D. or LL.B. and licensed to practice law in Ontario;
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario;
- 3+ years of Canadian immigration law experience;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work independently and strong work ethics.

**Requirements**:

- Up-to-date knowledge of Canadian immigration practices and procedures
- Ability to prepare responses to immigration governing bodies including IRCC, HRSD, etc.;
- Ability to handle complex files;
- Ability to provide guidance and support to applicants, acting as primary point of contact;
- Drafting and preparing billing requests;
- Must take ownership for own work’s quality, compliance, and technical accuracy;
- Must monitor and track cases;
- Adhere to risk management and compliance procedures;
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with others, both internally and externally to achieve the goals of the company.
