**Overview**
The primary responsibility of a key holder is driving sales as a team leader aiding in achieving both individual sales targets and store productivity goals. In the absence of the Store Manager and Associate Manager, you will lead the team. You will be expected to utilize superior selling skills, provide exceptional customer service, and deliver up to date product knowledge to our customers.
**Requirements & Responsibilities**
- Deliver friendly, supportive, energetic, and enthusiastic customer service
- Inform and educate customers using detailed product knowledge
- Help troubleshoot any customer concerns clearly and effectively
- Be ambitious and motivated to sell new and designer products
- Thrive in a team-based environment to achieve store goals
- Share your flare and passion for fashion and home décor
- Product fulfillment and shipping
- Ensure pricing and signage is clear and easy to read
- Be familiar with all current and future in-store promotions
**Skills & Qualifications**
- 1 year of sales and retail experience preferred
- Dedication towards providing exceptional customer service and in-store experiences
- Demonstrated success in driving sales and building customer loyalty
- Leadership skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in home styling or fashion retail an asset
- Open availability
