Innovative Detailing, and partner business NDR Auto Solutions are looking for a standout individual who can fill a sales and service role in our one of a kind facility and help take us to the next level. Is this you? We are looking for someone with:

- An undying passion for the automotive industry and being around cars
- An interest or passion in automotive detailing and protection
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract (must provide us with an abstract)
- Experience in sales, marketing, administration
- Experience with invoicing/accounting software and taking payments
- Experience with administrating and organizing documents
- Experience in a fast-paced, goal driven environment
- Experience with managing client expectations and delivering on them
- Impeccable written and verbal skills
- The drive to do whatever it takes to achieve incredible client experience
- A self-driven attitude and the ability to take charge and make decisions on their feet

These items would be considered assets:

- Some/Complete Post-secondary Education
- Service Advisor experience considered a **strong** asset
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in business, marketing, administration, accounting, or sales
- Experience in the automotive detailing and protection industry, either hands-on or front end
- Experience with a vehicle intake process with photo inspection, inspection with client, etc.
