**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs
- Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and providing information about services and amenities.
- Utilize phone systems and computerized reservation systems to manage bookings and guest information accurately.
- Assist guests with any requests or issues during their stay, ensuring a high level of customer support.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and readily available.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a night auditor or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
