We are the top realtors' team under Re/max Realtron and We are currently looking for a property manager to join our Asset Management Team

This position is suitable for someone who wants a long-term and full-time role.

**Salary will be based on experience.**

**Description**:

- Company currently manages over 400 rental properties in the GTA area.
- This is a full time position but don’t need to be on site. Working hour is flexible.
- Daily schedules will be arranged in advance by office admin, PM will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks and will report to the team lead.
- The day-to-day management of the property with a focus on a high level of customer service for both landlords and tenants.

**Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Conduct move in inspection & property orientation with new tenants.
- Pursuing rental arrears; serving Termination Notices, N4's and other notices when applicable & in compliances with Residential Tenancy Act.
- Documentation of tenant files, filing incident reports & other recordkeeping as needed.
- Conducting annual, periodic & pre-move out suite inspections & coordinating maintenance required.
- Conducting suite inspections upon resident move out & move in & determining resident damage & levy charges for the cost of repairs/cleaning required.
- Coordinating or installing/removing realtor signs and lockboxes..
- Communicating daily with homeowners, manager, assistant, and others.
- Purchasing of supplies / services for the property or the company.
- Assist in handling emergency situations.
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Able to work flexible hours.
- MUST be fluent in both English and Mandarin (verbal, reading and written).
- Committed to working with a team and able to put the company first.
- Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Understanding and possessing the ability to perform customer service at a high level.
- Strong communication skills, both in verbal and written correspondence.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $3,300.00 per month
