**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, inventory management, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage store budget, including payroll and expenses
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a restaurant/food service management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in cashiering, payroll management, and administrative tasks
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in supervising staff
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for professional communication
