**Position Overview**
As a Brand Associate, you’ll support sales efforts and ensure our brands are well represented. This role focuses on assisting the team with customer relationships, sales support, and providing excellent service.

**What will you do?**

**Sales**:

- Assist with sales activities, ensuring brand representation and supporting team goals
- Help maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and brand loyalty
- Track and organize product samples for customer appointments
- Support the team in scheduling and confirming customer appointments
- Prepare daily sales reports and assist with data entry
- Coordinate with Logistics, Operations, and Accounting teams to support seamless processes across departments

**Customer Service and Marketing**:

- Assist in coordinating logistics objectives and scheduling for customers
- Help create customer-facing communications and simple marketing materials using tools like Canva
- Maintain positive, ongoing relationships with key clients

**Inventory, Repeats, and Returns**:

- Assist in coordinating logistics objectives and scheduling for customers

**Must have**:

- 1+ year of experience in retail, wholesale, or customer service roles or graduate from a fashion-related program
- Passion for fashion
- Team player with a flexible attitude and strong work ethic
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Eager to learn and grow in a collaborative setting
