Job Duties and Responsibilities are listed below.
- Can work both in front and back of the house.
- Has amazing guest relation ability.
- Managing day to day administration duties of the kitchen to function smoothly throughout the day and not cause and hindrance during the rush hours.
- Adhering to the Food Safety Laws and overlooking operations of other employees and educating them on the importance of Cleanliness in the Kitchen and supervising them.
- Getting the kitchen ready before opening time of restaurant by stocking meats, fresh veggies and salads for lunch and supper on the make line. That means: setting up the restaurant of success.
- Upholding cleanliness of restaurant and cleaning and washing equipment and utensils used in kitchen.
- Prepare food orders as they are received by strictly following the company's recipe card and line builds in right time with the perfect temperature.
- Making Gluten free food preparations for gluten free Customers.
- Keeping records of food products that have been utilized and using the stored commissaries as per policy of franchise so that product cost does not differ, and customer receives satisfaction of the value they are paying for.
- Taking complaints (if any) of the customer and offering explanation for that compliance and compensation.
- Cooking of recurring Catering Orders like school orders and rare huge Catering Order.
- All other duties as assigned.
