**Description**:
The Beauty Educator’s primary responsibility is to develop long lasting relationships with retailer employees, Headkount clients, and internal teammates. The Beauty Educator provides exceptional product knowledge during in-store visits. The Beauty Educator supports multiple brands and store locations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build lasting relationships.
- Show up on time.
- Achieve your sales goals.
- Educate the retail Beauty Advisors on the brands you are supporting for the day by sharing product knowledge, and your favorite tips and tricks.
- Complete detailed in-store surveys after every shift.
- Communicate with the Headkount team by staying up to date on the Headkount app.
- Uphold merchandising brand guidelines.

**Job Knowledge, Values, Requirements**:

- 2 years experience working for a beauty brand or major beauty retailer
- Excellent retail selling and education background
- Strong communication skills
- Proven team player
- Professional conduct in-store
- Passion for people
- Passion for education
- Passion for the retail community
- Must be willing to commute a minimum of 30 miles
- Must have a cell phone
- Must be able to pass a background screen
- Must have a flexible schedule, available to work weekends to support retail needs.
