**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Support VP of Finance with all aspects of the financial reporting process including:
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Account reconciliations.
- Preparation of journal entries.
- Preparation of working papers and schedules to support financial statement reporting.
- Review all invoices for GL coding for accuracy prior to invoice being approved for payment.
- Completion of regular cash flow projections.
- Support VP of Finance with monthly and quarterly inventory review, reconciliation and adjustments.
- Support product costing review and standard cost updates.
- Support customer credit analysis and other general business analysis.
- Assist with completion of all statutory remittances (HST, Corporate Tax).
- Assist with preparation of all information for external accountants in relation to year-end financial statement review engagement.
- Assist with preparation of budgets and operating plan (annual and 3 year).
- Ad-hoc financial analysis as necessary.

**Education and Experience**
- Minimum 5 years relevant accounting experience.
- An accounting designation (CPA) or working towards completion of an accounting designation or accounting degree is preferred.
- Cost accounting experience (aggregate industry preferred but not necessary).
Pay: $85,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
