**Job Duties**:

- Perform routine repairs and maintenance on building and equipment.
- Coordinating with outside vendors for specialized repairs or services.
- Maintaining and repairing landscaping, including lawn care and snow removal.
- Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and regulations.
- Conducting regular safety inspections and preventative maintenance checks.
- Addressing potential hazards and taking corrective actions.
- Performing minor custodial duties, such as cleaning and waste removal.
- Keeping the Service and/or General Manager informed about maintenance issues and providing resolutions.
- Assist Service Valet and Advisors when needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

**What We Look For**:

- **Experience working in a maintenance position.**:

- G License a clean Driver's Abstract.
- Good time management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work well with a team.
