**_A Closer Look at What You Will Do_**
- Under direct supervision of 1 or more Harding Display Supervisors including Senior Line leaders, you will be manufacturing permanent display and kitting/packing display components as part of an assembly line or team.
- For this role you will be primarily working in our permanent division on woodworking from milling, operating machines and tools and working on and assembly.
- You will be required to operate woodworking machines and use hand tools to cut, shape and form parts and components. Well versed in the maintenance of various hand and power tools used in woodworking is required.
- Arm Saw, Table Saw, Chop Saw, Drill Press
- Drills, Nail guns, Staplers, Air Tools,
- CNC Tables, Vac Forms, Spray Booths
- In this role you will be require to control our job process though our ERP system.
- Clock in/out of building.
- Update job progress.
- Issuing materials.
- Optimize productive labor hours and minimize down time, including general labour during slow periods.
- Adhere to Harding Display Corp. standard operating procedures and health and safety requirements.
- Other responsibilities when required.

- Listen and execute project requirements based on work order details and instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines; over and above regular business hours as required.
- Comprehend standard operating procedures.
- Comprehend health and safety policies.

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
