Caulk and Paint Labourer

- **Member of a construction crew traveling to various sites across Ontario**
**Reports daily to our main office in Harley, ON (between Brantford and Woodstock), or our Fergus shop, depending on the assigned location**

**Non-seasonal position, offering year-round employment stability.**

**THE DAY TO DAY**
- Perform patching, painting, and caulking tasks on large-scale commercial projects using manlifts and swing stage equipment
- Conduct fire caulking procedures for commercial projects
- Prepare surfaces for painting and provide protective coatings
- Address miscellaneous concrete patching needs
- Handle caulking of precast panel joints

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Knowledge to read layout drawings/erection drawings
- Ability to think “outside the box” and be willing to try new methods
- Self-motivation and be highly organized
- Ability to collaborate and build productive relationships with co-workers
- Experience in a leadership role an asset
- Enjoy working outdoors in a fast paced environment, all weather conditions
- Own transportation to main office location
