**Company Overview** The Muskoka Roastery Coffee Company is located in Huntsville, Ontario. Our mission is to _handcraft the best coffee - sustainably. _We are embarking on a program of business growth, including geographic expansion and are hiring a Process Operator. Our Process Operators rotate between different stations during a work week, performing various roles including staging, filling, sealing, palletizing and flavouring. This role has a strong multi-tasking component and reports to our Senior Process Supervisor. **Responsibilities** - Work at a process station to convert roasted coffee into packaged coffee ready to ship to customers. - Stations include bag preparation, filling, sealing, case packing/palletizing and flavouring. - Part of the job rotation also includes loading 70kg green bean bags into hopper. - Continuous monitoring of the materials and equipment at each station to ensure quality standards are met. - Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures. - Communicate effectively with other team members and Supervisor on progress and observations. **Qualifications** - Experience in a quality-oriented manufacturing environment in an operator role would be valued. - Proven ability to work well in teams. - A self-starter who owns personal objectives and takes initiative. - Good common sense and an ability to solve problems independently. - Work in harmony with others on the team and supported by the Leaders. - Strong attention to detail and ability to focus. **Other Requirements** - Monday - Friday "days". Some overtime on short notice. - Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds and periodic manual shifting of 150 pounds with supplementary equipment assistance. - Capability to stand, stretch, lift and bend throughout an entire shift. - Able to multi-task during process intervals to maximize efficiency while maintaining quality focus. **Final Thoughts** Our attitude with respect to hiring new members to the team is covered on the website.
