Truck Technician

Requirements
- This position requires the applicant to be certified as a mechanic with a minimum of 5 years' work experience.
- Completion of a trade certification program is preferred, but combination of experience / school will be considered.
- ONLY 2nd YEAR APPRENTICE OR JOURNEY PERSON, NO ENTERY LEVEL AT THIS TIME
- Wages will be based on experience and ability to perform duties.
- Duties
- Mechanical & electrical repair of commercial vehicles, including safety inspection & repair, overhaul major components (engine, transmission, etc.), chassis maintenance & repair.
- Experience with Detroit, CAT and Cummins engines is preferred.
- Must be capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.
- Completion of reports to record conditions and work performed
- Review / discuss work with supervisor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$49.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
