Jolly Bubble Indoor Playground is seeking a creative and dynamic Event Manager to oversee in-store activities, customer retention strategies, and marketing efforts. If you have a passion for event planning, marketing content creation, and building business partnerships, this role is perfect for you **Responsibilities**: - Plan and execute engaging in-store events and activities. - Develop and implement customer retention strategies to encourage repeat visits. - Create and manage marketing content for social media, newsletters, and promotional campaigns. - Establish and maintain B2B partnerships with businesses, schools, and local organizations. - Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales and branding goals. - Ensure all marketing and event initiatives align with Jolly Bubble’s brand identity. **Job Requirements**: - Minimum 3 years of experience in event management, marketing, or a leadership role in retail or entertainment industries. - Strong creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Experience with social media management and content creation is a plus. - Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to work on weekends and statutory holidays, as required in the service industry. - Must agree to a Criminal Background Check before employment. - Work in-store at least two days per week (approximately 20 hours), focusing on store opening, closing, inspections, and staff management. **About Us** Jolly Bubble is North America’s leading one-stop family entertainment chain brand.
