**Heavy Equipment Operators-Dewatering**

**Overview Summary**

Are you a safety advocate at work and have a passion for operating Heavy Equipment? Do you enjoy working in open pit mines and have experience with operating multiple pieces of equipment? If you said yes, then we want to hear from you

Flights to/from Calgary or Edmonton or busing out of Fort McMurray is provided in addition to camp accommodation._**

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Previous experience working in an open pit mine
- Experience operating a Haul Truck or Articulating Truck
- Experience operating a dozer or excavator
- Understanding and adhering to all policies, procedures and standards.
- Participating in all safety and culture building programs.
- Training on new equipment when requested.

**We’d love to hear from you if you have**:

- Valid driver’s license with 3 year drivers abstract required.
- Common Safety Orientation (CSO) or Basic Safety Orientation (BSO).
- Minimum of 5000 hours on the following support equipment(any combination or individual piece is acceptabe):

- Haul Truck (777) or Articulating Truck (40T)
- Dozer (D6+)
- Excavator (450T+)
- Loader
- Grader
- Experience in dewatering considered a strong asset.
- Experience in pipefusion a strong asset.
- Ability to do labour and ground work

**What we offer**:

- Competitive Pay based on the work you do here.
- Travel Incentive (for flying in and out) based on your location within the country
- Daily Incentives starting at $60 (based on the piece of equipment you are working on that day)
- Merit Benefits after 300 hours.
- 14/14 schedule, 11.5 hrs/day

**Other Details**:
This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing, audiogram, and maskfit.
