Do you love dogs? **Waggytails Doggy Daycare** is currently looking for people who are as passionate about dogs as our team is.

We are an exciting fast paced Premium Doggy Daycare that also has Boarding, Training (Classes and Private), a Dog Spa and Retail products in a newly built state of the art facility.

Our Doggy Daycare Attendants are:

- Dog lovers of all breeds,
- Friendly and energetic with great positive personalities who love to have fun at work,
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team environment,
- Not afraid of hard work, cleaning and temperature changes,

The work expectations are:

- Supervise large groups of dogs in play or social activities to maintain a positive safe healthy environment,
- Be able to read canine behaviors. We have a Master Trainer and Canine Professional Dog Trainers on staff to teach you.
- Exercise dogs both physically and mentally with various types of equipment/training if needed,
- Clean and maintain facility to the highest standards of sanitation,
- Provide outstanding levels of customer service to all dog parents and potential customers.
- Able to stand for most of your shift,
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs,
- Process customer transactions,
- Have reliable transportation,
- Have flexible work availability including weekends and holidays,
- Pet first aid (we will teach you)
- Follow all company policies.

Experience level:

- Previous doggy daycare experience an asset,
- Customer service experience,
- Animal care experience

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- English

**Location**:

- Edmonton

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
