We are looking for **SOLDERING OPERATOR (day shift)** with different levels of experience so if you are inexperienced and willing to learn your could qualify Working days Monday-Friday, from 8:00 am till 5:00 pm. Note that you will be directly employed with our company and not a recruitment agency.
- **The main responsibilities for Soldering Operator**_ _**Include**:_
- Responsible for the Soldering and Rework of Through-hole and larger SMT components.
- Rework and repair using soldering iron and other de-soldering tools.
- Perform assembly, modification or soldering of electronic components, including rework and repairs.
- Interpret assembly drawings and schematics against Bill of Materials, Work Orders and Component Locator / documents.
- Conduct quality inspections and create reports of electronic assemblies produced by SMT according to the Company specification and regulatory documents (at least Class 2 assembly according to IPC-A-610)
- Follow written work instructions and Engineering Change notices to complete required tasks.
- Achieve and adhere to a high level of quality of work for Electronics Assembly.
- Use essential tools including microscope and soldering iron.
- Perform “First off” inspections to ensure correct component locations, orientation, LED bin, component value, and any defect that might occur in SMT production.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates on the ERP system.
- Light lifting when required (e.g., Soldering Jigs, SMT Components, tools, PCBs, Racks, etc.).
- Maintain accurate PCBs, parts and SMT components inventory.
- Maintain a clean work environment; and
- Other duties as assigned to effectively carry out the abovementioned duties and responsibilities.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2-years of Manual Soldering experience in an Electronics Assembly production line.
- Knowledge on operating an automated soldering machine is a plus.
- IPC Certified is a plus.
