This holds equally true for the solutions we create for our clients, as well as the opportunities we give our employees. **The Role**: The **Customer Engagement Director** within the Global Insights department will be responsible for representing our business and capabilities to the global market through thought leadership and research. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and presentation skills and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences on a global scale. You will report to our Vice President, Global Insights. **A Day in the Life**: - Lead the launch and distribution of the leading global study focused on Customer Engagement and Brand Loyalty. - Present The Loyalty Report at our client and prospect locations or virtually. - Use networking opportunities to develop and nurture leads, bringing in new clients and growing our existing client base. - Develop appropriate contacts at different levels within client organizations and work with client contacts to develop projects linking Bond Brand Loyalty's resources to client information needs. - Achieve "steps-to-the-sale" objectives, including thoughtful planning, in-person visits with clients and prospective clients, and coordinating marketing activities. - Engage in solution development, pricing, and proposal writing in collaboration with the Bond Brand Loyalty sales and practice teams. - Through a thorough understanding of the client’s business, develop economic rationale for all proposed engagements and assist the client in the utilization/deployment of The Loyalty Report information in their organization. - Contribute to Loyalty Consulting and Global Insights assignments as required. ***Are You the One**: - Master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - 7+ years of experience in relevant marketing roles. - Strong understanding of marketing research insights and knowledge of digital marketing and social media engagement strategies. - A passion for marketing and Customer Engagement and familiarity with customer journey mapping and design thinking methodologies. - Skilled in adapting communication style to suit diverse audiences and settings. - Adept at delivering engaging presentations with clear, concise communication. - Experience using business development and consultative skills to establish and/or deepen client relationships. - The ability to sell consultatively at the executive level of client companies. - The ability to clearly communicate client needs and specifications to a Bond support team and to establish effective communication linkages to and from the client organization to monitor quality and satisfaction of the work being performed. **Why Bond?** Joining us means being part of a team that lives by the mantra “Create Bonds.” We celebrate our collective drive, reward innovative thinking, and always maintain a focus on fostering relationships, both internally and with our clients. **Ready to Make Your Mark?
