**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain the effects, benefits, and usage of various cannabis products.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments.
- Maintain an organized sales floor through merchandising, stocking shelves, and ensuring product displays are appealing and compliant with regulations.
- Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
- Provide knowledgeable guidance on product usage, dosage, and safety considerations to promote responsible consumption.
- Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock, restocking shelves, and assisting with inventory counts.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Assist with store cleanliness, safety protocols, and overall store maintenance to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Support team members through supervising tasks as needed and contributing to a collaborative retail atmosphere.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred; experience in supervising or leading teams is a plus.
- Knowledge of cannabis products or willingness to learn about industry-specific regulations is advantageous.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math is essential for accurate transactions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate customers effectively about products.
- Experience conducting product demos or upselling techniques will set you apart.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are critical for creating positive interactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift merchandise safely, and maintain attention to detail throughout your shift.
