Looking for experienced metal stud framing, insulation, drywall, tapers and general construction workers

**Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret blueprints for framing, insulation, drywall, taping, ACT tile installation
- Install metal stud framing and insulation as required
- Install drywall as required
- Perform taping, mudding, sanding, and caulking tasks to achieve high-quality finishes
- Inspect surfaces for imperfections and make necessary repairs before final finishing
- Collaborate with carpenters and other construction professionals to ensure precise results
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in any of these areas: framer, insulation, drywall, taper, carprentry and genal construction experience
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding construction drawings
- Knowledge of framing, insulation and drywall installation techniques and materials
- Familiarity with caulking, mudding, sanding, and finishing compounds
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to deliver quality results
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in finishing work

- Caulking expertise
- Ability to build and repair drywall installations
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques
- Experience with drywall finishing processes

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
