**Reporting To**:Manager - Business Solutions

**Overview**

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will be involved with client projects, including but not limited to design, configuration, testing, training, and support. You will assist the Senior Business Analyst, project manager, and the technical analysts in the gathering and defining of client requirements to implement various Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Systems and Technology. This role acts as the key liaison between the customer and our technical team.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

The roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Development of business requirements including folder taxonomy, user and group permissions, records management, workflow processes, and system settings.
- Development of testing scripts, including instructions, and expected outputs.
- Development of change management and training materials to assist the customer with adoption.
- Assist in the configuration, testing, and support of the OpenText Content Server and/or Microsoft SharePoint ECM systems.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing with internal Cadence personnel and Client personnel.
- Assist with meetings between the customer and the technical team.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical topics in an accessible way.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ability and desire to learn new technologies, methodologies, and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work with virtual engagement tools such as Mural.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Degree or Diploma in related field.
- AIIM or ARMA Certifications is desirable.

**Performance Expectations**
- Acts as a participative and engaged team member toward the stated team goals.
- Asks questions and makes the best effort to learn and understand new topics related to the scopes of work they are responsible for.
- Learns technical configuration skills in OpenText Content Server and Microsoft SharePoint.
- Remains on task with assigned deliverables, identifying blockages or issues early in the process.
- Delivers high quality deliverables on-time and on-budget consistently.
- Asks for guidance and advice from the Senior Business Analyst to find efficient and high-quality methods to create deliverables.
- Is an effective communicator to clients and internal teams.
- Can articulate the approach to designing an Information Management system, as well as the key components of Information Management system design (such as the Information Architecture).

**Experience**:0-2+ years of experience

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
