**About the opportunity**

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position will assist customers with requests for vehicle repair, general service inquiries and concerns. Specifically:

- Accurately book and code warranty/customer pay workorders
- Ensure proper workshop flow
- Dispatching work to service technicians
- Station as the tower operator
- Cover for front-line staff as required
- Schedule service appointments for customers
- Assist customers with requests for repair, service concerns and inspection
- Obtain customer vehicle data, history and odometer reading
- Manage the repair order process, approvals, labour estimates/authorization calls and follow-ups
- Offer and arrange alternative transport for customers (Rental vehicle or shuttle), if necessary
- Answer all technical and price-related questions for customers
- Resolve customer complaints courteously and promptly, or refer to Service Manager

**About you**
- at least two (2) years experience working in a dealership service environment
- at least three (3) years experience in a sales and/or customer-facing position
- proficiency working with ERP systems (ie. CDK, Reynolds), and Microsoft Office software (ie. Excel, Word, Outlook)
- strong ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
- proven ability to influence change and effectively lead projects
- ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
- ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision
