**Your tasks at a glance**
- You assist during the pre-op exams and fill the patient’s charts accurately.
- You answer patient’s questions and ensure the best service.
- You work closely with Optometrists.
- You conduct pre-operative and post-operative tests for patients.
- You update the appointment system after every patient's consultation.
- You confirm by phone post-operative appointments.

- You are comfortable with computers & technology.
- You have an interest in the medical field and/or have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- You are meticulous, precise, rigorous, patient and focused, no detail can escape you.
- You have excellent communication skills, you speak English _et français aussi._
- ** You can travel for training to our LASIK MD Ottawa, LASIK MD Montreal and surrounding clinics**_ (expenses covered by Vision Group)_. **(required)**:

- ** You are available Monday to Saturday to work various shifts.**
