**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project requirements
- Perform restoration work on existing structures while maintaining quality standards
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during painting tasks
- Execute caulking and sealing of joints to ensure a smooth finish
- Collaborate with team members on larger projects, ensuring timely completion
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of each project
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in construction painting, residential painting, commercial painting, or industrial painting
- Strong knowledge of rigging techniques and carpentry skills is preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites
