Condominium Superintendent

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Maintain the building at a high level of cleanliness.
- Manage trash disposal and recycling on a weekly basis.
- Respond to emergencies and interact with contractors.
- Oversee the maintenance of the building systems and equipment, ensuring optimal performance through regular inspections.
- Handle cleaning chemicals in the proper manner.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities for tracking purposes.
- Perform monthly Fire Safety drills.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks such as replacement of air filters, light bulbs, painting and small repairs.
- Power washing of the garage each spring.

**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or GED
- Computer literate.
- Knowledge of standard cleaning methods and procedures
- Physically able to stand, walk, bend, climb a ladder and perform repetitive tasks daily.
- Ability to use cleaning equipment

Training will be provided as required including WHMIS, Safety and ladder training etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $32,110.00-$37,180.00 per year
