Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Analyst will be responsible for lead management and reporting in Salesforce, and building and executing marketing activities to create demand generation for our products and solutions for specific verticals or geographic regions.

**Requirements**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**

The Marketing Analyst will work closely with colleagues in the Marketing Communications team to ensure clear value proposition development with a customer benefit focus. Activities may also include working with an advertising agency, evaluating progress and regular reporting on results. Some of the key responsibilities in this role include:

- Executing on company marketing plans by developing campaigns for demand generation purposes with multiple vertical and geographic markets;
- Developing targeted lists leveraging corporate data, external resources and results from previous programs to optimize program effectiveness;
- Working with sales and marketing colleagues to maintain accuracy of database;
- Working with marketing colleagues to develop content for lead generation purposes;
- Coordinating program budgets and timelines, and is acutely aware of impact and scope;
- Creating relationships with key stakeholders, product managers, project teams, clients (Sales), suppliers and other marketing team colleagues to ensure their cooperation and engagement;
- Integrating campaign and lead generation activity with the Sales teams through Salesforce to ensure they are enabled to successfully respond to marketing qualified leads;
- Understanding high-level customer needs to ensure messaging will resonate and appeal
- Evaluating and reporting on program results;
- Recommending future approaches and/or corrective action in order to continuously improve campaign ROI performance; and
- Building dashboard reporting on marketing qualified leads, campaigns and conversion rates, etc.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business/commerce, with an emphasis on marketing;
- 1-3 years of marketing experience, including campaign execution and preferably in B2B;
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Pardot is preferred;
- Detail oriented and able to conduct campaign activities (ex: list creation, sales integration and training, occasional writing of customer-facing copy);
- Power user of Excel and easily handles and enjoys mathematics and analytics - calculating response and associated benefit, return on investment and campaign activity reporting;
- Solid understanding of the marketing funnel and an ability to prepare clear and concise lead and conversion reporting at all stages;
- Project management skills and ability to prioritize activities in a frequently changing environment;
- Strong technical aptitude - proficiency in current office software, including spreadsheets and presentation software;
- Confident, resourceful and independent, we are looking for someone who is skilled in taking initiative, assessing requirements, recommending action and making plans a reality;
- Ability to articulate and debate concepts; and
- Experience with ZoomInfo an asset.
