Niagara Clifton Group is currently hiring **Servers** for our **Ruby Tuesday Restaurant.**

Ruby Tuesday is a fast-paced and high-volume full-service restaurant offering a vast array of signature lunch and dinner options. From our Endless Salad Bar and generous appetizer choices, to famous handcrafted burgers, steaks, seafood, and more, there is something for everyone Our guests can relax and take in the views of the Falls and Clifton Hill from our indoor dining area or on our rooftop patio.

**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the General Manager, the **Server** will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests. You must be able to do so in an efficient manner, ensuring quality presentation and elevated service is consistently provided to all of our guests.

**Shifts**: Days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Type**: Part Time, Casual, Seasonal

**Compensation**:$17.20 per hour, plus tips

**Responsibilities**:

- Consistently greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Actively listen and respond positively to all guest inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Accommodate special requests for guests whenever possible.
- Communicate specials, limited time only features, and upsell where appropriate
- Effectively communicate with all team members both BOH/ FOH and management
- Accurately and professionally serve customers in a timely manner
- Efficiently process transactions and take payment
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas
- Strong bar knowledge to support and seamlessly operate service bar as required
- Complete additional duties as assigned by management including, cleaning, rotation of product (FIFO system) and assisting other team members and needed

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- The ability to multitask, while under pressure, in a high-volume setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with your customers and co-workers.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Available to work various schedules (days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays) to support the hours of operation.
- Physically able to perform light-medium duties including lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching and bending
- Able to walk and stand for extended periods of time as well as continuously travel up and down stairs

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year experience working as a server in a high-volume restaurant (required)
- Smart Serve Certified (required)
