**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
You will provide support directly to clients to implement system improvements, maintenance and repairs to computer systems and peripherals as well as networking and cloud technologies. We have a seasoned team ready to help and train you as you grow in your career. We also provide directed training to assist you in your continuing education and acquisition of various CompTIA certifications.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:

- Provide Level 1 or 2 Service Desk support
- Receive client requests and professionally document and track to resolution.
- Provide technical assistance for client hardware, software, and networks remotely and if necessary, in person
- Create user accounts and manage access control in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor the performance of computer systems and address issues as they arise.
- Work with software and hardware vendors to resolve problems
- Install both Windows and Mac operating system software
- Assist in creating technical documentation and procedures
- Learn and then assist with the implementation and maintenance of switches, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and other key systems.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES** - The Employee should possess:

- Technical Skills: _
- Basic knowledge of PC inner workings
- Basic networking experience
- PC Building/Repair experience a plus
- macOS experience is also a plus
- Soft Skills: _
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
- Positive and professional demeanour with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Eager to learn and grow professionally
- Detail-oriented
- Self-starter

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
