**We are hiring Class 1 Drivers for City (Pick-up and Delivery) in Burnaby.**

- Shift premiums of **$1.50 **for shifts starting between 2PM and 6AM.
- **$2.90** of employer pension contribution for every hour worked

**What you will be doing**:

- Flexibility to drive various Class 1 vehicles and equipment, must be able to drive manual transmission
- Ensure secure loads, pick-up and deliver freight locally
- Have a natural customer service focus
- Maintain routine communication with dispatch/yard control
- Perform daily inspections and safety checks
- Work in a team-oriented, fast paced environment
- Other duties as assigned

**What are we looking for**:

- You have a Class 1 license, air brake endorsement, and a clean driver’s abstract
- **Minimum one year of Class 1 driving experience, **local P&D preferred
- Familiarity with local area truck routes, industrial zones and dangerous goods routes is an asset
- Fluent in English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $28.31 per hour
