**Here is what you will be doing**:

- Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the front of house Food and Beverage Department to meet the daily needs of the operation.
- Develop, implement and monitor associate schedules for the restaurant and banquets sub-departments to achieve a profitable result.
- Assist managers in establishing and achieving predetermined profit objectives and desired standards of quality food, service, cleanliness, merchandising and promotion.
- Regularly review and evaluate guest satisfaction of the individual restaurants and banquet service, to recommend new operating and marketing initiatives to address declining sales or guest satisfaction.
- Create social media strategy, including a content calendar to execute an active social media presence for the restaurant.

**Here is what you can bring to the role**:

- Previous leadership experience in a full service restaurant, banquet or hotel environment
- Experience in creating compelling social media content to highlight product
- Expertise leading a diverse and experience team, any experience in an unionized environment is an added bonus
- Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve conflicts.
- Ability to move throughout all food and beverage areas and hospitality suites and continuously perform essential job functions.
