**Position Overview**
We’re currently hiring dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our packaging department. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structured work, takes pride in presentation and accuracy, and is looking for long-term, stable employment.

**Responsibilities**
- Carefully package manufactured products according to company specifications
- Inspect items for defects or inconsistencies prior to packaging
- Label packages with accuracy and ensure proper documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Support other light production tasks as needed
- Follow safety and quality control procedures at all times

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to work on your feet and handle light physical tasks
- Punctuality, consistency, and a team-oriented attitude
- No previous manufacturing experience required - full training provided
- Comfortable working in a structured environment with repetitive tasks

**Schedule & Conditions**
- Full Time: Monday to Friday
- Day Shift
- Indoor, climate-controlled facility
- Overtime available during peak production periods

Pay: $22.10-$24.92 per hour
