The Athabasca Catering Group of Companies is offering a permanent full-time opportunity as Trainer throughout our operations.

Administration of training deliveries and completion, as well as use and monitoring of our Compliance software is needed. Effective communication with our operations leadership at sites is crucial to the role.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated in-depth experience facilitating training programs to adult learners, with various learning needs.
- Ability to deliver, assess, and administrate training programs effectively.
- Experience using and monitoring compliance software and/or internal databases.
- Understanding of the Indigenous culture and workforce, particularly in Northern Saskatchewan.
- Ability to function and work independently in remote work settings.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in collaboration and consultation with various internal/external stakeholders.
- A valid class 5 driver’s license, with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to fly out of Saskatoon or Prince Albert is required.
- Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol test.
