Personal Support Workers - In-Home Community Care

**Position**: Full Time, must be available every other weekend

**Location**: Winchester and Surrounding Areas

Team Choice is looking for reliable, dedicated and compassionate caregivers to join our team.

We are currently seeking PSW's to provide exceptional in home care for our clients using their acquired skills. Become an active member in planning for your client's care with the assistance of the nurse manager. **Duties and Responsibilities**: Include, but are not limited to, assisting with daily activities, personal care, assisting with mobility, light housekeeping, effective reporting and creating activity plans.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Certificate from an accredited program or equivalent experience - Required
- Valid police vulnerable sectors check (completed within the past 12 months) - Required
- Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray (completed within the past 12 months) - Required
- Have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable car
- Must have high energy and excellent communication skills
- Offer flexibility for scheduling
- Current CPR/First Aid Certificate as asset
