professional team, Armour is presently seeking a** Building Operator **to join the growing team at
our downtown Halifax properties.
maintenance programs, monitor and investigate utility anomalies, oversee contractors and
perform maintenance on HVAC equipment. Additional responsibilities include:
- Providing mentoring, guidance and operational support to operations staff across the
organization
- Assist in the planning and execution of capital operations in the building
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legislative requirements, policies and practices as
- may be in force from time to time- Participate in preparation of building condition reports
- Plan preventative maintenance protocols and budgets
- Liaise with tenants and contractors in a professional manner
maintenance or operations with a ticket or certificate in a related technical field. You possess
great relationship building skills both with tenants and as part of the Operations Team. You have
an eagerness to learn and grow with the company.
