Marvel Doors, is a new manufacturer of doors and windows for construction projects, and is currently seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our team as Production Workers. If you are looking for a challenging yet rewarding opportunity in a thriving industry, we want to hear from you
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform various tasks as part of the production process, including cutting, measuring, welding, operating machinery, loading and unloading trucks.
- Lift heavy items and handle materials safely and efficiently.
- Work on your feet for extended periods of time while maintaining a high level of focus and attention to detail.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of job orders.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
**Requirements**:
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Possession of a valid Class 5 Driver's License is an asset.
- Previous window or door production experience is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in the construction industry is advantageous.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
- Be able to read and write in English
- Must have reliable transportation to workplace
