**Position Details**:
**Weekend Shift**:

- Friday to Sunday (12-hour shifts).
- 5:15 AM to 5:45 PM

**Afternoon Shift**:

- Monday to Thursday (10-hour shifts).
- 3:15 PM to 1:45 AM.

**Pay Range**:

- $24 - $28 per hour (depending on experience)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate CNC band saws to cut various steel materials according to technical specifications.
- Read and interpret shop drawings, technical documents, and safety procedures.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Ensure quality control of cuts and finished products.
- Adhere to Marcon's rigorous safety standards and policies.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience operating CNC band saws in a steel fabrication or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical documentation.
- Solid understanding of steel fabrication techniques and various steel grades.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- A commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
- Experience with forklifts, overhead cranes, and precision measurement tools is a plus.
