**Outside Sales Professional**
The team at Plastruct Polyzone offers engineered polymer solutions to industry based clients looking to improve operating efficiencies, reduce unnecessary production losses, and increase equipment service life.
**We work in all heavy industries including Mining, Forestry, Aggregate, OEM Equipment manufacturers, Maintenance Contractors, as well as Food and Agriculture**
In this relationship-based sales role you will report to the General Manager and will bring in new business and develop repeat business relationships within your existing accounts. This will require that you call on engineers, maintenance, purchasing, and others to determine their needs through a consultative approach to help clients achieve superior performance.
You will be required to travel up to a 5 hour radius from North bay.
**Scope of work and qualifications**
- Experienced Sales person with 4 years min experience
- Bilingual. English and French
- Responsible for new business development as well as maintaining existing territory
- Prospect for new customers, set appointments and demonstrate product benefits
- Develop strategic relationships with customers to identify and leverage the customers’ business goals, growth strategies, and profit drivers and deliver the appropriate value proposition strategy
- Work with management to develop sales strategies and new business prospects
- Respond to customer product inquiries
- Engage in direct sales activities
- Promote existing and new products
- Anticipate client direction and objectives
- Manage a robust sales territory
- Preference will be given to individuals that have experience in industrial type sales
- You are a fun and likeable person
- Motivated and hungry for new sales
- Always ensuring your customers are looked after
- Have good organizational skills
- Problem solving capabilities
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $70,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
