**Position Overview**:
We are seeking multiple **Animation IT Technicians** to provide comprehensive technical support to our animation and production teams. This critical role ensures seamless access to hardware, software, and network resources for creative professionals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver daily IT support across Mac OSX, Windows, iOS, and Linux systems, minimizing downtime for users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues involving desktops, laptops, printers, displays, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Provide expert support for industry-standard creative software including Autodesk Maya, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Workspace.
- Manage and prioritize help desk tickets, escalating complex issues to relevant teams as needed.
- Assist with onboarding new employees by setting up hardware/software and delivering training on workflows and IT procedures.
- Create and maintain clear, user-friendly technical documentation and training materials.
- Collaborate with IT and production teams to continuously improve support workflows and policies.
- Offer occasional flexible support for off-hours when required.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, preferably in animation, VFX, or production environments.
- Strong proficiency with Mac OSX, Windows, iOS, and familiarity with Linux desktops.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing hardware components including storage, GPUs, memory, and cooling systems.
- Familiar with help desk ticketing systems and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Windows support: 3 years
- Mac OS support: 3 years
- Hardware/software troubleshooting: 3 years
- Help desk support: 2 years
- Animation studio or production environment: 3 years

**Work Schedule**:

- On-site support with a 1-hour daily lunch break.
- Some flexibility required for occasional off-hours (evenings/weekends).
