**Position Overview**:
As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding volunteers to join fundraising campaigns for our partnered non-profit organizations. This role is results-driven, offering flexibility in how and where you work, while directly contributing to meaningful causes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clearly explain campaign details, volunteer expectations, and the mission of the non-profit partners.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, training sessions, and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with campaign managers to ensure volunteer recruitment goals are met.
