In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their purchases. **Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide tailored assistance.
- Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging product demos and effective communication.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking merchandise as needed.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and conducting regular stock checks.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries or taking orders over the phone.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

**Experience**
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is advantageous.
- A proactive approach to upselling products and services, contributing to overall store success.
- Organizational skills are essential for maintaining inventory accuracy and store presentation.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
