Home Solutions Closing Specialist

**About the Role**:
We are seeking highly skilled in-home sales closers who can meet with homeowners, run consultations, and close deals on the spot. We are not hiring appointment setters or lead generators — this role is exclusively for strong closers who can take qualified opportunities and turn them into signed contracts.
You will meet with homeowners interested in HVAC or energy-efficient home upgrades and guide them through solution options, pricing, financing, and contract signing.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Conduct in-home sales consultations with pre-qualified leads- Deliver persuasive presentations and close deals during the first visit- Clearly explain product, pricing, incentives, and financing- Handle objections and maintain high close-rate standards
- Submit signed deals and required documentation for processing
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Proven in-home closing experience (HVAC, solar, roofing, windows, or home improvement strongly preferred)- Strong negotiation, communication, and objection-handling skills- Thrives in a self-directed environment and takes full ownership of achieving exceptional sales outcomes.- Reliable transportation for homeowner visits
- CRM or digital contract experience is a plus
